  Where do I begin. I had an install date of 12/12 and the technician came out. The installation couldn’t be completed since my home is far from the road and they hadn’t ran the line yet to my property. The technician mentioned that someone would call me on 12/15 to reschedule as they would need a bucket truck. No call on 12/15 and I waited until 12/17. I then called Xfinity corporate and was told that they would get someone out to my property on 12/18, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. 12/18 came and went, no technician so I called on 12/19. Xfinity corporate mentioned that someone would be out to my property on 12/21. Guess what, they didn’t come so it was another day I altered my schedule to accommodate this installation. So I went to this Xfinty store and I mentioned that this was happening. An appointment was set for 1/2 and the individual behind the counter put in the notes that a bucket truck was needed. I asked him to do that as I nervous another day would be wasted. Well 1/2 came around and I see a Honda Odyssey (not a confidence builder) pulling into my driveway and see the technician walking up and down the driveway. I knew the worst to come. I went outside and he mentioned that the notes didn’t say he needed a bucket truck. I asked to have a manager call me but I just give up. Haven’t had a call back.

  I had an awful experience trying to return my Xfinity router at this location. The manager stated that all Xfinity internet users in Milford and Orange must use the Xfinity routers instead of personal ones. However, I had my own router working perfectly at home, and the installation team had advised me that using my own router was better in the long run. Also, it’s a common XB5 router not a fiber router. When I asked the manager for clarification on this rule, she simply said, "I didn’t make up the rule," without offering any explanation. This so-called requirement was nowhere in my contract and seemed to violate common regulations. She flatly refused to accept my router return. Later that night, I called Xfinity customer service, and they confirmed that I could indeed use my own router and instructed me to return the router to their stores. I would give this location 2 stars for its convenient, but I would rate the lack of professional support a solid zero. It's frustrating to deal with a service that doesn't provide adequate support when issues arise.

  Very nice staff. Cute little truck store. You may have a wait though if they are busy because it's small. They get the job done though. Wi-fi, home services, mobile services etc.

  10/10! Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Learned about Xfinity Mobile and how I can save by being a Xfinity Internet customer. Super easy to get to.
