The customer “service” at this place is part of the reason why I cancelled all of my services. Switch to Frontier fiber internet and a streaming service.

Took over 3 hours to get signed up for Internet service, they kept pushing other services, they don't know what the heck they are doing, refused to take back a cell phone which gotten from there, (never even opened) so had to mail it in, even when decided did not want it they kept bugging me to get cell phone service on line Xfinity, plus after 8 times of complaining still linking account pages in Spanish, said would fix the issue and they never did so had dropped them within 2 weeks of having them. STAY AWAY FROM XFINITY! Glad I had decided to go with a different Internet provider.

Xfinity billing department is the worst!
They owe us over $200 for a billing error.
Send us a cancelation threatening letter for non payment. Calling customer service, on hold for 71 minutes then get disconnected every time we call.
Store manager at this location doesn't call back as the assistant manager promised.
Time to change to a better customer oriented business.
Will be canceling our service as soon as we get our $ back.
