As expected, it didn’t BUT Will and Ben were amazing. they were professional, personable, calm ( which my husband certainly needed 🤣) They problem solved and it was amazing how they worked off each others strengths to help us and continue to help other customers and new customers who came in. They were truly remarkable. I had to write a review because too many people assume the worst going into a situation like this, we did. While exhausted when we left 🤣 I can’t say enough of how awesome they were. Thank you Will, Ben and all the other additional folks who helped, sorry I never caught your names.

Will be trading in the older phones soon. good trade-in value, the only catch is, that you make 24 monthly payments, so you remain a customer, if you pay it off before, you will pay full price for the phone. It was a smooth transaction overall. Highly recommend.
