    0 stars HORRIBLE SERVICE. Took 45 minute just to drop off a modem. And they cant even explain the services and what you are paying for correctly. They were trying to scam me and wasted my time, and the 20 people who were waiting after me.

    Poor service from greeter at check in point Bad attitude!!! 2stars only because of Austin Long wait if no appointment still a wait will an Appointment !!!! Only one efficient employee Austin Had to wait 45 minutes just to drop off return equipment!!!

    What started out as a great pleasant store interaction for upgraded plan, new phone and watches has turned into a nightmare. I returned the two watches but have been billed for the in both November bill and now December. Xfinity says that Groton store has not returned the watches to the warehouse . The two watches billed for have been returned to the Groton store. No luck asking xfinity to Subtract the Dec installment charges, add the 35 Dollar restocking fee, refund me the Nov installment charges and reissue the bill. My escalation case number is 001916231. Two nights with virtual assistant, 3 nights with live assistants on the help line. I’m at end of my rope. It’s inattention, negligence or worse by the Groton store. In frustration I book appointments which I don’t attend sending them my case number. No call backs, no apology, no resolution. Just an ongoing nightmare. I admit being rude about returning the watches because of confusion over terms and pricing but that does not absolve passively aggressive billing me continually for merch I returned to this store.

    I’ve been twice to this location. Once to return equipment. Promptly greeted by an agent. It was a seamless process. I would give that a five. Today I went to drop off snacks for our troops overseas. This location is collecting for boxes for boots! It was all over the TV today. The agent had no idea what I was talking about. The manager informed her that there was a small box in the back to collect donations. I give this a one. A box out front would prominently support the project. There’s a Stop & Shop 100 feet away where people who are waiting could run and get some snacks for our troops! It should not be hidden in the back. Of all of our cities in Connecticut, Groton should be most sensitive to the arm services!

    Just needed to drop off an old internet "gateway". TLDR: I'll never go back to a store location again. The regular store was closed due to flooding, I believe, and the alternate site was a tiny building with a bunch of people hanging out outside. I literally asked "Is there an employee here somewhere?" Someone came running with a clipboard and said there were 8 people ahead of me. No. Just no. Do better Xfinity. Laptops are cheap for this kind of work. No excuse for this kind of waste of your customers' time.
