    Tae and her team where so helpful in helping me and my fiancé replace his lost phone… as much of a stressful time it was they were informative and fast. Tae had all the answer too our questions and we were very impressed of the outstanding customer service she gave. (You’re lucky too have an employee like her) couldn’t ask for a better team!!!!

    Exceptional service! I was completely unprepared in this age of abysmal customer service for the level of profession, friendly and diligent attention I received from Chase. I had three issues to resolve, one a very complex problem where Verizon had failed to transfer a new phone to a number I've had for decades. The result was that the number had been released to Frontier, which meant it could not be reconnected. While resolving the 2 other issues with a tablet and a mifi, Chase spent almost two hours, patiently, but persistently transferring from one department to the next, chasing down any possibility of retrieving my number. It was the type of problem many customer service employees would have quickly given up on, but in that particular store the culture seems to be that employees go well above and beyond the minimum. While Chase was trying to resolve my issue, other employees were offering suggestions as to possible solutions and in fact, when I walked in today, another employee who was there Wednesday immediately asked me if I had retrieved my number. Against all odds, the number was returned to me yesterday and today, another employee, Josh, who was also very friendly, quickly connected my phone. I never received a request from Verizon to evaluate his performance, so I am posting here, because Chase deserves recognition for his outstanding service.

    Extremely poor service tried to set up business account getting billed from Verizon but phones not activated no cell service used emails four of them over the past week and no response from Michael fish.
