- CNchristine neserallaJul 28, 20231.0Do not use the Enfield store. I bought a new phone, etc. when I received the bill it was much higher than the paperwork provided from the store. I could not reconcile the costs with Verizon, so they sent me back to the store. The associate took my paperwork in the back, comes out 10 minutes later and says this is not what you signed on the screen. He had in his hands what was printed out and given to me to review and then sign for. He said you should have read what you signed. I told him switching everything to higher prices (higher cost of the phone, more expensive plan than I had) was unethical. He just shrugged. The original salesperson was there and went in the back and stayed there the entire time.
