Despite being paid in full and on time always, your company failed to uphold its end of the agreement. I always kept my word unlike you and your company - I stand by my review below Promises were made and were not kept. Months and months went by invoice after invoice and minimal contact. Started out with I thought was a good team only to be very disappointed after paying $1000’s and $1000’s for a terrible website. Repeated requests to edit went on deaf ears. The final new website design was mediocre at best and incorrect. Sadly what I was told would be far better was absolutely no better than the one I had. The pictures they used to showcase our business were grainy and unprofessional. I was repeatedly told your new website was ready to go live only to see it was time and time again wrong.
