    Awful, predatory company. My 80 year old mother moved into a retirement home so we returned her equipment to this store on 8/26 and canceled her account. She no longer needed Xfinity/Comcast service. I kept the receipt of this return/cancelation due to past experiences with Xfinity/Comcast. She was then charged for the next month's service on 9/11. I checked her account and noticed this on 9/16, so I called the main company number. After 15 minutes of navigating to a live person, the agent saw the error and "corrected" it. He said "the cancelation never went through on 8/26". He then told me my mother "would receive a refund check in the mail for the overpayment in 2-4 weeks". I got a confirmation number on this transaction and waited the 2-4 weeks for the check. Big surprise, it never came. So I had to call the company again and spend 30 minutes navigating to a live person. The agent I spoke with this time told me my mother "has a credit on the account but it can't be used because she no longer has service. They don't send refund checks to ex-customers." Luckily I am a person who keeps all the receipts. I listed the timeline of events, gave confirmation number of the prior phone call and told him I have the receipt for the initial cancelation on 8/26. After "speaking to his managers" for 10 minutes, I was transferred to the retention department. I then went through the same details with the retention department. After this agent "spoke with her management team", I was told the credit escalation department will call me back within 24 hrs. We shall see. It's a good thing I'm willing to spend over an hour on the phone, twice, with this company to try and recover my 80 year old mother's money. She would never be able to withstand this process on her own. Just think of how many other elderly folks out there are incapable of following through on Xfinity's "errors". If I never had to deal with Xfinity/Comcast again I'd be a happy man. Alas, that's not possible, since they're the only internet provider on my street.

    Rude manager worst customer service ever!! Wen I first open my lines in this location previous employees they were great but the new people disappointed especially with the manager hopefully Xfinity will re train this people or clean house for the better

    Coco is a Rockstar, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient understanding and a great example of what a customer service rep should be. Thanks to her I didnt have to wait the 5 or so days for a service technician. P.S. she likes animals, as I came in with my dog to pick up everything I needed to set up the wifi and cable in my home
