    I had agreed to purchase Xfinity mobile, they took over my phone and for fours days of talking to eight agents, no one could set me up, so frustrating. I decided to go to the Xfinity store in Canton where a very nice young lady greeted me her name is Amanda. She set my phone up and updated it all, she is so very kind, appreciate all she had done for me. She also took care of me for being a loyal customer for 44 years.     I’d give zero stars if I could. Sales person was on his phone when I came in the store and continued the conversation while he was “helping” me

    Never switch to Xfinity Mobile. They promise rates that are not true. They promise an easy switch-over process that isn't what you really experience. The trade-in mailing label is never emailed, no one has the ability to print one up for you, and all of this causes you to miss the trade-in deadline for your phone. The store employees are impotent. The 1-800 agents are experts at transferring you to a "specialist" when they don't know what they're doing. I now know why the Verizon staff smiled and said, "We'll see you back soon!"

    In June 2025 we re-evaluated our phone and cable plans. At that time we decided to move our business to another carrier who offered a better price. We went into the store to cancel our services, we were offered a special discount-get three lines for the price of two. Well…. That is where (after 3 years) everything went wrong and here we are mid September and for over 12 days I now have a non-working phone, and yes I pay my bills. One they NEVER told me they are using - leasing Verizon lines. Nationwide outage last week??? To put this in perspective the phone is used for acute care in the medical field. I have been to the store 3 (now 4 times) called and spent 3 hours on one of over 5 calls to Xfinity (in Philippines) to try and get this resolved. After extensive research and through the reviews I learned that the store is a franchise. Misinformation from the sales people and the inability to resolve this issue has now escalated. The only person who appears to have any clear knowledge of telecom/technology is Cody. However reaching him has not been easy. My best advice is to work with xfinity at another location and DO Not falls for sales schemes.

    Been hear twice, once to cancel my wifi service. Another time to get a new phone. Every time i go in all the employees have been super nice and helpful.
