  I cannot thank the team at the Xfinity store at 1060 West Main St, Branford, CT enough! After days of frustration, they were the only ones who truly helped us. We had been without internet for several days, which meant no work could get done. I spoke with four different representatives over the phone, spent hours being transferred around, and was honestly at my breaking point. When we finally went into the Branford store, everything changed. The staff there were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. They not only got our service restored but also helped us find a more affordable plan that fit our needs since my grandmother is on Social Security and a fixed income. They turned a stressful situation into a positive one, and we left feeling relieved and grateful. Thank you to the entire Branford Xfinity team for going above and beyond, you truly made our week!

  Customer service and technical support definitely need work would not recommend this store.... Lost my equipment had to pay over $100 and many days of arguing..

  Every time I’ve gone to the Xfinity store, it’s been a complete nightmare. There never seems to be anyone available to actually help customers. The few employees who are there constantly give out misleading or downright false information — they’ll promise fake promotions and services that don’t even exist. The managers do nothing to help. They just stand around and watch while frustrated customers wait forever for service. It’s one of the least organized retail operations I’ve ever seen. There is only 2 to 3 employees in there at all times, not nearly enough to help the sheer amount of people who come in. They go on 1 hour and 20 minute breaks. The customer service side is no better. Every time I call, I get transferred endlessly or connected to representatives who clearly aren’t trained properly. The company’s support system feels outsourced and disconnected — like no one is actually accountable for fixing anything. To make things worse, their mobile app is practically useless. It’s slow, constantly crashes, and half the time it’s down or gives you error messages. A most recent terrible experience for me was when a customer service representative activated a new phone line on my account without my consent. I had clearly stated I wanted to return the phone, not activate it. That action caused a mess with my account and billing — a serious mistake that borders on fraud in my opinion. Overall, Xfinity as a company has completely lost my trust. Between the dishonesty in-store, the unhelpful management, the broken app, and the disastrous customer service experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

  I'm not a fan of leaving a bad review but after visiting this location multiple times - something needs to change. Horrible communication from employees, employees using their phone while working on a transaction is not a good look.

  Had the best experience here over the weekend. Aaron helped me on Saturday switch over my new iPhone 17 from t mobile . He was fast, patient, knowledgeable , friendly and went above and behind to make sure my prior carrier was fully disconnected. Everything was seamless and painless thanks to Aaron!!!!
