We have learned there is a significant difference between a corporate Xfinity versus a franchise Xfinity, which is what this location at off of Youngfield is. We went in to turn in our older i phones and upgrade to the 17 iPhone. We were told our phones were too old for a Trade-in. We also weren’t advised that the 17s were on backorder. The real eye-opener was when we went to the corporate Xfinity store in Arvada off of Wadsworth and ended up with a rebate of $700 for one of the iPhone 12’s and $500 for the other 12 phone that was not in as good condition. We also got a better pricing package saving us almost $60 a month. I’m shocked that Xfinity allows these franchise stores to have their corporate name and provide such poor service. Recommend you avoid the franchise store on Youngfield for a much better experience and expertise at a corporate store!

When the card was charged the manager said he didn’t know why and I should just dispute the charge! Xfinity said they are under investigation and 10 complaints/problems come in a week from them. Go to Arvada. This place should be closed.

We asked for help with an e-sim that was not working and dropping data service. They stated that they could not help with that issue at all but could sell us a new phone. Additionally, in process of purchasing a new phone they offered no advice on other plans or available rebates/programs. Lastly, when they sold the phone they seemed to be more interested in getting us out of the store than helping with any set up questions or concerns. This rating is just for this store location/sales team and not for Xfinity. Other stores have been exceptional which made this experience all the more disappointing.
