    This is the only time that I’ve ever had a good experience with Xfinity. By physically going into the store! Forget calling the 800 number ha.

    ★☆☆☆☆ I rely on my internet to work from home, yet once again Xfinity takes the service down in the morning, multiple times, when everyone is awake and supposed to be productive. They claim it’s for “improvements,” yet this routine interruption happens when we’re all active—not during late night hours when the impact would be minimal. It’s disrespectful to customers who pay for “uninterrupted” service and expect reliability. If you work remotely, be warned: the morning downtime is apparently business as usual here. Pro tip to Xfinity: pick a less disruptive time, the night, if you’re going to pull the plug. Until then, this gets a solid thumbs-down.

    We had a problem regarding a misunderstanding over billing. Karina J. Was friendly, helpful, and professional. She easily handled the problem and resolved it to our satisfaction, putting us at ease. She was a genuine pleasure to deal with.

    A bit dirty and unorganized. The person they had available to speak to concerning switching mobile carriers was not a subject matter expert at all and did not portray any knowledge or confidence. Ended up staying with our cell phone company.

    I first had service at one location, in July I came into the store to do a transfer of service so the place I have moved to. Since July I have been getting money pulled from my account because the first person who helped me,Trevor, actually didn’t close my account. In August I got charged 131 and then another 76 for wifi at a location I closed. Then September I got charged 266. I have reached out to xcel support multiple times and they will lie to you and say they are doing something when they are not. So do not get service and definitely do not!!! DO NOT!!!! Do a transfer of service, because they will keep the other one open and charge you, and then say you will be refunded and that never actually happens. They will also continue to say that they close your account but when you call back a week later, there is no proof that it happened and it’s still open. So today I go in to the store for more help. I closed my other account because this company is not to be trusted. The employee Mike and Emilio laugh at me when I ask for proof that anything of this is happening. That I should take their word that my accounts are actually closed and my almost $400 dollar refund is on the way. This is a very common issue that needs to be fixed, you guys are stealing peoples money. Disgusting
