I only owed $40 dollars on my phone from AT&T and I didn't think to pay it off before I came in. I wanted to take my phone and transfer to Verizon to be on the same plan as my girlfriend. We tried and tried but no luck. I went next door and paid off my phone. We still couldn't get it done. Spencer sent me home with the SIM card and told me to call him when my phone was unlocked. I did and Spencer got me taken care of. Thanks a lot for a great experience. Keep up the good work.
