    Please anyone looking for Quality CUSTOMER SERVICE and logical resolution DO NOT go to this location. The location at the Orchard Mall might be further but it is well worth it. This location on 88th/Washington has the most unprofessional and disrespectful staff I've ever dealt with, by the store Manager Sierra and tech Paul. First off, It has been a nightmare transferring mine and my families service over to xfinity. They do not make it easy and/or transparent. However, aside from the technical issues, I went into the store to get my new device activated, Paul was the tech who brought me back to assist me. He was very quick to take my phone and start going through the set up process, which I specifically requested him to keep the phone down on the desk so I can follow along with his process. He then got up and walked away with my phone to show another tech, (not the manager). I of course had to walk over and inform him I would like to have my phone back while I wait for the manager. He felt it was okay to roll his eyes and whatever me while rudely handing me my phone back. In which when Sierra the store manager came over, I tried to explain my frustrations, thinking her being the manager would help recover the horrible experience, but all she did was continuously interrupt me to say "what's going on with your service". She did not care to empathize whatsoever, or have any apology for her rude employee. So after about the 3rd time of her rudely interrupting my explanation, I smiled and chuckled to myself out of disbelief, because clearly this is not a funny matter to me, at all, and she then follows up with, "Do you have a problem, because you can go to another location". So thats exactly what I did. But its just so overwhelmingly frustrating when you are paying for a service where even the "Management" unprofessional standards have become accepted.

    They can’t access your account they buy your account they can’t give you a pen to leave the company they take your number you have for your whole life and nobody’s really even hear you out. I help you try to speak to her management and everybody tells you no there has to be something that could actually help you.

    I recently visited the Xfinity store and had the pleasure of being helped by Zuli. She is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me understand all my options, answered every question, and made sure I left with the best plan for my needs. Her energy, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. If you go to this store, ask for Zuli she’s the best!
