- DDDariaOct 23, 20255.0Ayah R and Danny were amazing with helping fix the issue that 4 hours on the phone with tech support couldn’t accomplish. After 3 days of trying to transfer my phone number via phone calls/xfinity assist chat, and one 4 hour attempt on the third night troubleshooting with Xfinity support, not only did I not have my phone number but I ended up without any cell service at all. A brand new iPhone 17 that only worked on WiFi!! I went in to this Xfinity location today, day 4, and Ayah was an absolute rock star! She knew just what to do for almost every step of the way and the one or two times she didn’t, Danny quickly stepped in and not only did what needed to be done, but also showed her what to do simultaneously. They had me in and out in about an hour and I have to imagine it would’ve been quicker if I just went to them in the first place. While my experience with Xfinity support agents was frustrating, Ayah and Danny were EXCEPTIONAL at their jobs and both very friendly on top of very helpful. Dream team if I ever saw one! 10/10 WOULD recommend this location for anything Xfinity related. I can’t thank them enough.
