- LALuis Alaniz4 days ago1.0A bad-tempered man told me to leave. I was just looking at the phones and wanted to pay for my Wi-Fi. He also kicked out another girl; she told me he had kicked her out too, just for being Latina. He thinks that because you're Latino, you don't know English. I speak English perfectly, and I say that proudly. I also speak Spanish. I learned English here because I've been in the United States for 10 years. And this man, rudely, told me to go wait over there. And he grabbed a tablet that was lying around, even though I wasn't touching it. Then I was looking at the offers, and he told me to get away from there and not touch anything. Since I know how to be respectful, I didn't say anything to him, so I left with my friend, who was with me. But now I'm going to cancel my Wi-Fi service with him because he's a very unpleasant person. Honestly, I don't know how he has any customers; terrible service. And he kicked me out of his store like a dog; he's already kicked out several other people. I think 🤔 his name is Robert. I’m not sure.

I was getting nowhere with the Xfinity app chat, and the 888 number led me to someone who didn’t understand the bulk internet issue I was having. I walked in the store and Joe solved all my issues with kindness, patience and it was clear he knew what he was doing. He personally checked in via email to make sure my billing issue was sorted out and he made sure I was happy with how it all worked out when I got home and tested the logins and network. Bonus points for streamlining my TV setup to one remote instead of two. THANK YOU, Joe!
