Seth and Giovanni took amazing care of me and my mega complex issue, I sat on the phone with many xfinity agents (atleast 6 people, 6 hours) and none of them could fix my issue. But Seth and Giovanni stayed on it, stayed late even and really made sure I left taken care of. Now I can call my family on Christmas! Thank you so so much.

As they are working on my issues, they offer me the "Every channel package" for $15/month. On the next call, it is $20/month. Now on the fourth call when I try to actually add the package, it is $34/month. Xfinity will waste your time.
