Unfortunately, my experience with Ed was the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. He was extremely rude and dismissive, gave short one-word answers, and made me feel talked down to instead of helped. After being an Xfinity customer for 10+ years, this interaction was the main reason we decided to leave. It’s disappointing to be treated this way by someone representing the company. If you visit this store, I strongly recommend working with management or Bill instead.
