My wife needed her new Pixel reactivated and they made her cry trying to get it done. On top of that, he tried to take her unlocked phone in the back out of her view. Think to yourself why that's a problem, ahem photo gallery. If you're not buying they're going to tell you to call customer service. On that note, if you're buying service for anything - these guys don't deserve your business. Go to a corporate owned store and do yourself a favor.
- JJjuslaguyoSep 9, 20251.0We were assited by this customer service girl in store who had colored hair i think it was pink or red --- she did not know what she was doing and caused my phone to not have service/network for 3 days after telling us that it will be activated by 10pm that day. We still haven't transferred my line over so we're coming back. And if i see this girl again, i will tell her and whoever's in charge that she better just quit her job if she hates it. You should not be in customer service if you do not want to make an effort to equip yourself enough to help others better.
