- PQPaul QuintanaSep 27, 20251.0I am truly disappointed with this company, 2 phones 2 welcome plans unlimited talk, text, and data, for 170 first month, 2nd month it was suppose to go down, nope , why cause I was 3 days late making a payment, so that cost 90 dollars so we're looking at over 200 dollars make a long story short for these past 7 months with verizon, I should have read reviews first. I'm not the only one they have been over charging. Hot spot , should come with the phone feature which it does but verizon blocks it if you don't pay the extra fee to use it, nolow that's pretty petty, I mean for the cost to begin with it should come with a cordless charger.... It just chaps my ass that I paid 2100 in 7 months for 2 phones and lines and still owe on the 2 S24 FE $700 .00 . But it was a learning experience I guess now I'm paying 70 for 2 lines and still pay 30 on both phones a month.
