- SRSteve RileyMar 25, 20241.0I would not waste your time at this store. Head to the Verizon store on University and Easter where they will try to help you and look out for your best interest. Even if it’s a bit of a drive it will save you a huge headache. David was more concerned with his commission than actually listening to what I wanted and helping me get to a solution. I was told that I could not bring lines over to an older family plan, this was a lie (confirmed by the other Verizon store) or a show of incompetence. The other store was able to add lines while lowering the monthly bill. David tried to hard sell me on a new phone, more storage, and my own plan. I did not want or need any of these. Ironically when I returned to the store I had to wait to work with the same salesperson that I had a bad experience with in the first place. I did not have a pleasant experience here and will not be returning.
