They were horribly busy and our wait was over 2 hours. But that wasn't their fault. Saturdays may just not be the day to go in, because everyone else is too!

I literally spent 5-7 hours each and every month on the phone talking to their outsourced staff from god knows what countries. Sometimes I was transferred 5 times having to explain the problem each and every time. And the end result after spending hours each month was no results. If it wasn’t for Roberto’s amazing customer service, going above and beyond to help me, I would no longer be with Xfinity. I’m so grateful I can reach out to Roberto if I have additional problems. Xfinity needs to give Roberto a big fat raise. He truly cares about his customers when so many do not. Thank you Roberto so much for the hours you spent resolving the complicating problems I had (none of which were my fault). You are amazing and I appreciate you so much.
