They couldn’t get my internet to work and forced me to figuratively chew my arm off to cancel my account with them. Icing on the cake was when the rep sent me to verizon with a transfer pin only for me to learn that he hadn’t unlocked my device and have to go back and repeat the process two more times. They are lucky I am not returning my devices taped to a brick.
