Dealing with phone problems is honestly such a headache, luckily for me, when I went into the store I had Thomas helping me. My dad was having issues with his phone and it was a super frustrating situation. Having Thomas help was truly a God send. He made a bad situation into a pleasant experience. He is knowledgeable and kind. He helped my dad to understand what was going on and what his options were.

I was told in Person at the store by an employee. Weather by phone or in person they all work on commission.
Which would explain the rudeness and the lies they had put me through.
The first lie...I was told I was getting a $100 phone and a free watch.
Upon arrival and receiving the bill, there is a subscription with the watch and the phone screen was defective.
Immediately returned the watch to the xfinity store where they Did a factory reset on the phone. It seemed to work for a little while.
Ended up bringing the phone in 2 more times after that. The third time they gave me a number to call for a refund. So I was forced to purchase a new phone.
Lie number 2. Calling the number they gave me and being told the defective phone was actually $700 which they already charged me for. It was only a $100 if I kept it in service for a period of time.. "As I tried to" but it was detective.
Lie number 3. After talking to a manager named Cassie and she saw all the notes as the phone was defective.
I was told my refund was approved. And I was given a confirmation number. I was told my refund would be in full and could take up to 2 weeks.
Lie number 4 after 2 weeks. No refund !
I called again was assured. My refund was on its way..
This continued for 3 months lie number 5 through 35. every time I called , I was assured my refund was on the way. . And about 4 months into it continuously, calling inquiring about my refund. I was told that my refund was denied..
All the time wasted with all the representatives, every single one of them just lied..
I'm still with xfinity, I cannot wait to leave after all of the stress they cause..
Service always drops. I was literally told I live in a dead zone..
Every Time service drops, I take a screenshot. The xfinity service drop file just keeps getting bigger. I'll be updating my review with the service drop file.

Good service unfortunately I just switched to T-Mobile home Internet cause prices here were too high. They tried to keep me but it was too late, don't post your new 5 year plans are for new customers only to longtime customers it is pathetic. Now I am on a T-Mobile 5 year plan saving a ton.
