HORRIBLE EXPEIRENCE!!!!!! I brought 7 UNLOCKED devices from another carrier and was told that that are ALL compatible with XFINITY. 5 of the seven, no problems switching networks. The other 2 however.... The First We had to go to the store 3 times in 5 days to get it resolved. 3 WEEKS, 6 TRIPS TO THE STORE (25 minutes from my home)AND OVER 4 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY DAUGHTERS PHONE STILL ISNT WORKING. I am so utterly disappointed and angry at this attempt at customer service. I was told the phone was compatible then told the phone we brought had a 5% chance of not being compatible with the network. Was THEN told I had to buy a phone and would that they would discount it. NOPE, Apparently because I BROUGHT 7 devices I was not allowed to finance a phone despite having the credit for it because I was at the MAX line limit. Called customer Service They put a ticket in (which I can only assume was imaginary) to fix the line limit. Went back to the store a few days later and the say NOPE, wasn't fixed! Called Customer Service again (on the phone 2.5 hours that time) the try to help with the phone finance thing. NOPE they put another "Ticket" in this time saying it will be a week or two. GO BACK TO THE STORE, they say "OH , the phones damaged. let's put in a insurance claim!".... We pay the deductible. They reimburse us with a credit on account (only positive thing in this whole nauseating experience). Bring the NEW phone in.......NOPE "Those phones aren't compatible with our network" AM I ON A PRANK SHOW?!?!?!?!?!?

Do not use moved into a condo that was supposed to be move in ready xfinity internet, first condo did not have a router so I had to pick that up, I got that but when I tried to setup it is showing no connection, they want to send technician but are saying it will take 3 days, so much for move in ready

I had an appointment set up for today to get a new iPhone with Xfinity mobile and Bailey took me through the whole process and answered all my questions. It was a great experience and I walked out with my new phone. It did take a little over one hour, but I planned for that.

LNX deserves a pat on the back! Even though it was getting close to closing time he did not rush me, and was very polite, and funny! Great smile and sense of humor! He and the other gentleman there when I walked in both welcomed me and asked what they could help me with.
Same when I went in the other day to pick up the new Gateway. Whoever the gentleman was with longer hair had the same welcoming attitude and smile, even though it was crazy busy! This store has some very good employees! Knowledgeable too! Nice to see great customer service still exists!!! All 3 deserve a pat on the back. It made my day!!!
