The employees at this store need to be trained how to behave with customers. He was terrible at explaining anything and was a bit snappy about it. This verizon location is not good. Probably find another location or carrier if you have a choice.

Was mocked by several staff within earshot. “Google it” is not something I have ever heard from retail staff. I have been a Verizon customer for decades and have never experienced such rude staff. If staff aren’t incentivized to actually do customer service then just turn the place into an authorized retailer. After reading other reviews of this location it looks like the terrible customer experience is a pattern, otherwise I would have given it the benefit of the doubt and not left a review.
