    The guy at the front had a bit of an attitude to me and my wife and it's quite uncalled for. The employees at this store need to be trained how to behave with customers. He was terrible at explaining anything and was a bit snappy about it. This verizon location is not good. Probably find another location or carrier if you have a choice.

    I have been a Verizon customer for nearly 7 years, and have used this location for my in-store needs, but after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty. I recently upgraded my phone, added a new device, and made multiple account changes to optimize our plans, increase coverage, and save money. I spent nearly 2 hours walking through the changes thoroughly with the in-store representative in Longmont. What should have been a smooth process turned into a complete nightmare that has now wasted countless hours of my time in-store, visiting a store for assistance, and with call-on customer support. The representative assisting me made an irreversible mistake that put my account on hold, preventing me from activating my new device for over three days. When I contacted the representative about this issue he took no accountability for his mistake and his response was "at least your old device still works" which in completely unacceptable. When the hold was finally lifted, I discovered that none of the changes I made—changes that Verizon representatives assured me were processed—were reflected on my account. Even worse, I lost access to certain features that I had had for months and I should still have, and no one at Verizon's customer service can even figure out why. Somehow, existing features were removed, but none of the new features were upgraded as reviewed and discussed. For example, my device protection on specific lines was removed, however, the account-wide device protection was not added - leaving me without any insurance on my thousands of dollars of devices. To make matters worse, I was given misleading information about services, seemingly just to get me to sign-up for these services through Verizon (Ad Free Nextflix & Max that are not in-fact Ad-Free). I trusted Verizon to provide accurate information and to handle my account properly, yet I am now left with a mess that has cost me time, energy, and money. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would expect Verizon to rectify this situation immediately by issuing some form of credit for the unnecessary hassle and inconvenience I’ve endured, however, I cannot reach anyone that seems capable of understanding the frustration this has caused and providing any sort of make-good.

    I wish I knew who was helping me so I could give them credit. The door greeter on Oct 1 was incredibly friendly, and was able to restore my eSim after the outage and multiple attempts to fix it via online failed. Thank you again!

    The person greeting me at the door was rude and disrespectful. The message I received from both the door greeter and manager was "we are happy to sell you devices and plans but we don't have the time to sit down and provide customer service." If you need help I recommend Wes and his store on North Hover. I will be changing carriers after this ecperience.
