During the transfer of data only phone contacts and photos( thank god) transfered. Had to reset up my Outlook, YouTube, all apps ringtone, everything. New phone wasn't seeing anything so reprogrammed the whole phone. This guy needed much retraining! Should have realized he wasn't up to speed when he asked if I could pull up my account on my old phone! With the cell #'s he should have and finally he figured out, how to pull it up on his tablet. Not going to this location again.
