Then when your bill goes up, both corporate and the store will say it’s the others entities fault and nothing can be done. Terrible ethics and employees who know exactly what they’re doing to customers. Their response to this claim is worthless. Do not waste your time trying with xfinity.

I walked out. VERY unhappy ~ Xfinity is double billing me, and I cannot get it stopped. On-line is all AI and not helpful at all. !!!

They don’t actually do anything, they basically log into customer accounts and do the same thing we can all do ourselves online. Xfinity gives these poor employees zero discretion, no authority to make exceptions or serve customers, they seriously cannot do anything. It’s just a terrible company that puts customers last.

Just returned to this store for various problems and got turned away again. Had to go to a different store to get things addressed. They really can’t help you with anything unless you’re spending money and getting sucked in on new products. Absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with. PSA to just avoid them if you can and go with any other provider.
