- MRMark ReesApr 4, 20241.0I took a wireless charger I had purchased there back to the store because it wasn't working. A stocky Hispanic young man greeted me, but upon me sharing the reason I was there he basically snatched the charger and cord out of my hand and proceeded for their work area in the back of the store. He then plugs it in and sets his phone on it and with an attitude stated basically "see it works" but he has a female co-worker (the only female employee in the store) hand him her phone and it worked, so I give him my phone, he takes the case off, sets it down and it works, so apparently it doesn't work when it's in a case. My complaint is that him and his co-workers attitudes, especially his, were unpleasant, unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional!! Not sure why he checked his and his co-workers phones, they weren't the ones that didn't work. It seems like his only goal was to prove me wrong, rather than it being to solve my issue. I will continue to go to that store, but will certainly avoid letting either one of those employees assist me, especially the male employee.
