I’ve had xfinity for over 6 years, they have lost all trust. This location specifically has been extremely rude to me and other customers around me. Worst phone and internet service at the highest cost. Have been in about 4 times this month, after getting the go around on the phone, in person and virtual bot online.

I transferred over my cell phones from T-Mobile to xfinity Mobile and I am now paying so much less, which is a lot with the cost of living rising. He was very informative and made the transition easy. So thankful for his help. Such friendly service. We will definitely be back to see Ozzy again. Thank you

I called the Xfinity customer service number to cancel my service. A couple minutes into the call, conveniently when the agent was about to ask me a question, the line makes an odd noise and disconnects. They call me back, apologizing, and continue with the call. After numerous attempts to get me to stay with Xfinity, we sat in silence for 10 minutes while the cancellation was underway, and just before the agent told me the cancellation went through, the line makes the same noise and disconnects again. She calls me back, apologizing again, and after a few more minutes of silence, she finally gives me my confirmation number. I don't like being strung along like that. No one does. I understand their attempts to get us to stay with them, but when customers say no, they mean no. So glad to be done with Xfinity.

- ESEva SimonsNov 5, 20254.0Call & make an appointment is my suggestion. Free parking is under ground. You need to walk some to get there. However for me all that was worth it. They were able to fix everything that the customer service new account division screwed up, plus other assistance. ( I'm a power of attorney for someone & they had his account all kinds of messed up.) I wasn't even on the account so I couldn't fix it, they no longer let you mail in or email or fax those documents in. I'm GLAD they are there..
