We went there to get the xumo box and a sim line that was included as the promotional line while getting the Internet. Maddy helped us with getting the xumo box and the sim line that we were having issue doing it online. Everything went smooth that day. After few weeks, we got the bill for the sim card line. After talking with the online agents we got to know that maddy forgot to add it as the promotional line. We had to cancel the line at last as promotion couldn't be applied. He did his job but something went wrong.

I think it was because due to the holiday and the location of the store there in inventory was very limited.
- GCGarrett Center5 days ago1.0The assistant manager has no idea how to do his job. Tried to swindle me into a mobile plan saying my monthly cost would go up if I didn’t sign up. After speaking to Xfinity customer service on the phone, they said he was completely incorrect and wanted to speak to the gentleman. The assistant manager refused to speak to his own company on the phone for a coachable opportunity because he obviously didn’t know how to do his job. Go to any other store!
