    Xfinity is trash, wouldn't cancel my service and refund me for what ive payed. They also add a 25 fee if you want just mobile from them. Thats a monopoly and illegal. Mint has unlimited for 15 a month. Xfinity you should be shut down and closed as a business. Assurant as well they made me but a phone after years of having their insurance. Now getting a reimbursement for that phone is impossible. This is so wrong. Don't get trapped

    I’d been having trouble disconnecting my internet for about six months and couldn’t get it sorted out over the phone. I went into the Xfinity store, and Mya was amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She fixed the issue and even got me a refund. Thank you!

    Well at first the employee s we're helpful in this store and actually got our monthly bill reduced a little bit but when it came to switching my wife's phone over that became a problem. Took them 2 hours and they stole her information off her phone and had to get several credit cards canceled and money refunded through the credit card companies.

    I switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity Mobile almost a year ago because they promised me a reward for switching. It’s been nothing but lies and endless excuses ever since. I’ve spent nearly a year fighting for a reward that I rightfully earned. Every time I contact customer service, they say the same thing—“We’ll escalate it” or “Please resubmit your information.” I’ve done that multiple times and nothing ever changes. What makes this even more disappointing is that I am a Navy service member who expected honesty and accountability from a major company like Xfinity. Instead, I’ve been mistreated, ignored, and repeatedly misled. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering switching to Xfinity Mobile because of their “rewards” or “promotions,” don’t do it. They do not honor their promises, and the constant runaround is not worth your time or peace of mind. - Greg Macaulay

    I wish there was an option to do zero star I would have press that three times. Walked into the store to get a new number and trade in my phone. Xfinity advice ℹ purchase a google voice number and use on my new phone which had all my data and they transferred my number to an old phone which I wanted to use to add a new line. They said after 3 hours I would be able to transfer my number back to new phone which my data was transferred to and then transfer the google voice to the old phone. Its been more the 3 hours and counting after calling customer service, I’m still not able to get my number working on the new phone or activate the new phone. They said, we are sorry rep gave you the wrong expectation but I would have to wait three days to get new phone activated and do number swap, I requested my phone be returned to me and give back their phone they told me I would have to contact their carrier who already picked up the phone. Shame on you Xfinity for treating your customers badly and your representatives giving out wrong information and expectations.
