I’m going to be honest, I came in fully expecting to cancel my mobile service (I have never had internet issues), but I left happier with a carrier than I’ve ever been. I had a terrible experience with telesales and Xfinity online reps (19 hours for one watch order to be reprocessed 3 times…still incorrectly). I walked in disgruntled and JJ instantly greeted me, read the room, understood the situation, and assured me with confidence we would get my issues resolved. He took two seconds to just look at the problem and knew the issue along with how to fix it. Competence. I work in the tech sector, and he taught me about a comms function I didn’t even know I had on my phone. Don’t waste your time and go anywhere else for your tech needs, I certainly won’t.

And it was a bit of a project because they were quite old smartphones. Zaid was super knowledgeable about offers and products and had our best interests in mind. He was very patient as well and again so knowledgeable - able to help us transfer our old phones to the new ones. Dedicated service and "clienteling" like that of Zaid is hard to find these days. He really puts a good face on Xfinity. We'll continue to use Xfinity for all our phone, internet and cable TV because we have a true professional in our corner!
