All he had to do was submit paperwork to soft credit check and made me feel like an inconvenience. Drove 35 mins for a place that had phones in stock. Awesome

I needed to exchange my Internet modem and one of the salesman was able to do that pretty quickly. My wife had a lot of billing and equipment issues which could not be resolved over the phone and the store was also having a lot of trouble resolving those problems. She was there for hours and they did not resolve all of her issues with her account. The store is primarily a retail center for selling phones and associated equipment.
