- LOLori OOct 16, 20251.0I went in for help setting up my new phone which wasn't loading no matter what I tried. The guy who waited on me was cocky, condescending and incredibly unhelpful saying he would only help me if I paid $30. He didn't seem interested in understanding what the actual problem was. I am pretty astounded that Verizon won't help to set up their services that aren't properly loading. I haven't been to a Verizon store for a really long time and I wasn't aware that they are now charging to help people to problem solve issues with their products. This seems ridiculous. I've never had good experiences at this store and this will down in the books as one more. Very disappointed in the terrible customer service.

- TBTim BruhnJul 20, 20251.0Do not buy any additional services, the store will not honor them. The in-store employees will not honor the services they are selling even if they sold you the service. The phone replacement service doesn't replace the phone for example. The store will charge you $20 a month and if you try to use the function they won't replace the phone, they will force you into a cheaper phone and the cost of difference to get your old phone is still on you. Verizon then claims they aren't responsible for the service they sold you.
