    DO NOT GO HERE!!! This store including its manager cannot even help us understand why our bill substantially increased month to month. When we asked them to please compare bills the manager was not helpful at all and was actually condescending. This comes up as a “business center” and is anything but. We also asked about international passes that we had used and how that was presented in our bil and they said “we can’t see that”. My question is what can they do? I think I know the answer.

    I recently visited Verizon Wireless on 1-10-25 to upgrade my phone, and the experience started off well thanks to Alexis, who was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, things took a negative turn toward the end when Flow, another associate, rushed to complete the transaction to secure her commission rather than maintaining professional customer service. Her approach felt abrupt and dismissive. When I shared my concerns with the manager, I was disappointed by his response: “It’s a commission environment,” with no attempt to address or resolve the issue. This felt dismissive and showed a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I expected better service, especially when making a significant purchase. Customer service should come before commission, and I hope Verizon Wireless improves its approach to prioritizing customer experiences and handling feedback more effectively.
