- LSLarry StephensonAug 13, 20251.0DO NOT GO HERE!!! This store including its manager cannot even help us understand why our bill substantially increased month to month. When we asked them to please compare bills the manager was not helpful at all and was actually condescending. This comes up as a “business center” and is anything but. We also asked about international passes that we had used and how that was presented in our bil and they said “we can’t see that”. My question is what can they do? I think I know the answer.

- DGDeanna GFeb 7, 20251.0The bald man w a tan, rudest man I've ever seen!! It was Christmas time, he was so mean! Usually, I can handle rude, but this was too much for even me. I went in to return my earbuds I bought online , and bc I did not buy them their I had a problem. My problem was it was almost at the 30-day mark of no return , for your money back. Otherwise, all I was going to be able to do was exchange. I wanted my money back. But he absolutely turned me down flat on everything!!! Long story short..... Verizon did return my money after the 30 days bc I had such an awful experience at the store . They did make it right in the end. But the man at the store almost made me cry. That's hard to do. I'm glad Verizon fixed it!!
