    Stay away from Broadmoor store, horrible customer service from Assistant Manager (Joseph Mickles) the business is only as good as it’s leadership and he isn’t a leader. He has no idea how to handle issues with customer orders or even act professional. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 15 years and should be treated with respect. District Manager Prentice Williams please clean up that store!

    Verizon was actively scamming my mom for around $200 a month for years. After I noticed my moms phone bill seemed high (an excess of $400 a month) I decided to stop in this location to see what she was paying for. I was pretty much told that I could lower the bill by adding bundles or turning on auto pay and that I could control what was paid for on the app. After finally gaining access in the app, I realized there was a multitude of add ons that were of absolutely no use totaling around $200 extra a month. One if these add ons was phone insurance which was $60 every month, which we had never been made aware of leading to us buy brand new phones in the past when the insurance should have been utilized. This whole situation is extremely shady and I can't help but wonder how many other people are being taken advantage of. I think the only way this could be made right is if my mother was refunded the $60 insurance fee for the countless years it was paid for but never used, because even when this should have been utilized in the past we were never made aware that it was an option, leading to the purchase of brand new phones. I hope the owner/manager of this location takes an issue with this, because this is not how a I would want my business to be perceived.

    Great customer service! I had stopped in just before closing and the gal did EVERYTHING she could to get me taken care of that night. The computer kicked her out of the system... She had everything ready for me the next day ready to go out the door. Took me two minutes in and out!

    I don’t know his name but the black guy with the longer hair and tattoo’d forearms really went above and beyond for me today. Outstanding customer service from him calling Verizon customer service multiple times to get what I needed done. Highly recommend
