However, the store agent told me I didn’t need to trade in my phone to get 50% off the monthly device payment. After receiving my first bill, I noticed there were no credits applied — meaning I’m now paying the full price for my device. I went back to the store several times, but the agent was never available. This is the second time I’ve had a similar experience with Xfinity Mobile. Very disappointing and misleading. I’ll never recommend Xfinity Mobile to anyone after this experience.
