  Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this Xfinity store. What was truly unacceptable was how the situation was handled. Instead of explaining things professionally or offering alternatives, the manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke down to my friend. The manager even went so far as to accuse my friend of being a scammer, ( not once but twice), which was shocking and deeply inappropriate. No customer should ever be mocked, disrespected, or made to feel humiliated for asking for help. This was not just bad service, it was unprofessional and demeaning. I strongly encourage Xfinity corporate to review how this store is managed and how customers are treated. No one should be made to feel this way for simply trying to get support.

  I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Xfinity store. The staff, especially the manager, were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I went in to transfer mobile service between two accounts after Xfinity customer service explicitly told me over the phone that it could be done. When the manager told me otherwise, I was disappointed but ready to move on and take my business to another carrier. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager mocked me, spoke down to me, and even accused me of being a scammer like I am stealing money from Xfinity?? LOL! I was shocked and humiliated by how I was treated. No customer should ever be spoken to this way.

  I visited the Xfinity store to ensure that my internet service was properly disconnected and to obtain written confirmation of cancellation. During the interaction, the staff member (a man named Luis?) was dismissive and rude, repeatedly stating that my only obligation was to pay the remaining balance. When I explicitly requested any form of cancellation confirmation—such as a printed notice, email confirmation, or account closure document—I was told that no such confirmation could be provided, and that the payment receipt was the only documentation available.

  I was there to return equipment. It was an easy process and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Had a great experience. The 800# people screwed up my service transfer, finally just went into store and Jack(i think that was his name) undid what was messed up and was able to get my service transfered over. He was very patient and polite. Went back to the store another day with text issues and again had great friendly service and had my issue resolved.
