I went in to just get information on trade ins, and the manager checked me in (a woman), and told me she couldn’t help me because she wanted a rep to help me… there was one person working and he was busy. I waited and waited and no one came out to help! Mind you- another team member came in, went to the back, and the manager was already back there. I asked if I could get someone to just answer questions for me and the guy out front said he was so sorry he didn’t know why they wouldn’t come out. Terrible terrible customer service!!!!!

Ended with neither and getting billed for $40 a month higher than promised. Went to. Verizon web site, tried chat and text and exactly ZERO help. Going to AT&T tomorrow.
