    Worst experience ever. Returned my equipment and canceled service just to receive multiple emails claiming I still need to return my equipment. The real issue is that you cannot for the life of you reach an ACTUAL HUMAN BEING WITH A BRAIN to help you and are instead stuck dealing with AI chatbots left and right who only know basic commands and don’t comprehend otherwise. If I receive a bill for “missing equipment” the charge will be reported as there is no other option for me seeing as I MOVED STATES after returning my equipment and cannot simply come in. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

    We got an Apple Watch for Christmas. Couldn’t get it set up so we went into the store. We spent about 3 hours in the store and the person helping us kept leaving and taking care of others. The last 44 mins or so, he just seemed to stop coming around and helping others. We complained to the manager and she just stared at us and didn’t seem to care. So we left. With a watch that we cant add contacts to, can’t accept calls and can’t accept messages. For the record, I acknowledge it was busy when we arrived. But not overly busy the last half of our time there.

    Good luck getting any service removed from your account. It will take hours and hours, almost criminal the amount of people you need to talk to and the incredible waste of time.

    1 star is WAY TO GENEROUS. My husband and I came in there yesterday to return some equipment as result of upgrade, a gateway/internet box and 1 basic TV adapter. Chris handled it for us and somehow in the process he canceled/returned our TV DVR Box. Accident? Not sure what he was doing? Comcast Screens too complicated? I really don't know why he did it. We did not realize it until the evening when we tried to watch TV. Buttkiss! DVR wouldn't work, Message said "Something is not quite right" "Please call 1-800-Xfinity and we will get it fixed for you". So we checked the S/N number to discover it was on the "Returned Receipt". It was late so we decide to call Xfinity to get it fixed. What a CF. I spent a couple hours this AM today on phone with Neal who assured it would be fixed. NOPE. Called in again at 1PM, talked with another Tech Support person (JoAnn) whom I could hardly understand. She said she couldn't fix it and would send a Tech out tomorrow to fix it and it we be no charge as an Xfinity caused issued. I have to tell you this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. A pissed customer - a Diamond Customer and that how you treated me. DON'T RESPOND WITH LINK EITHER. I EXPECT A CALL.
