After waiting 40 minutes and still being next-in-line, I got sick of waiting, told them of my frustration, and left. I wasted all that time and still have nothing. Those salesfolks can talk for hours without completing a sale. Two on the internet side, three on the cell phone side. On and on and on. Nothing to see or do here at the store. All the technology of xfinity, a likely super-long wait, and they can't set up a movie or a game or ANYTHING to pass time? The damn modem will eventually arrive in the mail, but the wait for the Post Office will be much more pleasant than waiting in the xfinity dungeon for an hour or two. Strikeout xfinity. Your store is the central hub of boredom. Bringing kids here could drive a parent insane.

Avoid this store; the people are SLOW. I’m listening to a woman talk about what her name means in another language and text on her phone, over moving on to the next customer. Avoid castle rock, you will get faster service anywhere else.

It seems like by now they can actually cancel my service like I've been telling them to. The service was terrible and the customer service is still terrible.
