Verizon as whole though has left me deeply disappointed. I have had Verizon Home Internet since July and am already cancelling due to issues faced. Their online interface for bill payments STILL does not recognize me. I went to the store, they called customer support, had to completely delete me and bring me back into the system. It worked for about a day and now reverted to the initial problem. I'm unable to pay or view my bill online and getting help through the website is a joke. Based on recent service through their support, I would be cancelling everything, except that my phone is on a family plan so I can't. Again, no issues with this store, but Verizon as a whole hasn't been great.
