For a person who works part time from home, it affects me greatly when my internet randomly just drops off for 4 hours at a time. They literally strip me from being able to work and it happens at least once a month. It’s happened twice just this week! You guys suck!! I pay for a GB speed and I don’t get it either! Highly recommend going Allo or CenturyLink Fiber here locally if you can, I’ve heard much better things and their local service is better!
