Representatives of Xfinity Mobile induced us to switch from Verizon by making false promises, including phone credits and full payoff of our existing Verizon devices. These representations were material to our decision to switch and were never honored. As a direct result of their failure to comply with what was promised, our Verizon account was sent to collections, causing financial and credit damage. Furthermore, they explicitly stated they would cover the payments for nearly six months and are now refusing to assume responsibility. Had Xfinity Mobile been truthful and transparent from the beginning, we would have paid the remaining balance ourselves and avoided this situation entirely. This conduct constitutes a serious breach of trust and appears to be deceptive and unethical business practices. We are requesting immediate resolution and accountability for the damages caused.
