- FSFraser SandersonAug 27, 20241.0Beware! Verizon will sign you up for a "deal" on your phone and say that you can leave your contract at any time. But the truth is, they are only delaying your initial payment of the device until you leave, or if you stick around for 3 years. After 3 years, you will have spent $3.6k dollars on their plan to save maybe $500 on this so called "deal" they have for you. No one was straight up about this when I was in there, and once you sign up it is very hard to switch off. It took me several hours on the phone with multiple wireless provider's customer service agents to get everything squared away. I will NEVER go with verizon again, absolutely garbage tactics.

Activation and extra cloud storage and play pass charges showed up on my bill and customer service is telling me I have to drive back to the store because they are the only ones to fix their mistake. Amazing that a phone company doesn't have a direct phone number for a store so I don't have to drive another 30 minutes back down there! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!
- SSScott SchlidtJun 6, 20241.0I showed up at 4 pm on 6/6 they had 3 representatives and a manager. I had to wait an hour to talk to someone because someone had to go to lunch. The manager helped one guy then proceeded to ask me and another customers if we needed to use the restroom sorry about the wait. I got my info and had to wait for my wife to get home before going back. We went back at 730 to finish getting our phones. The manager told us we close in 30 mins and there is one person in front of us so we can make an appointment for tomorrow. There is a verzion at hwy 7 and Washington go there. You don't get turned away, and you don't have to pay an extra Prairie center tax
