Ryan was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to find a way to save me the cost of one line, and he proactively offered to waive the activation fees. The port-in was not completed yesterday because I initially mistakenly believed that all lines under a family plan shared a single, universal port-out account number and PIN, when in fact, each line required its own specific information. It was already half an hour past closing time, yet Ryan showed no sign of impatience. Instead, he graciously guided me on the next steps, advising me to contact my previous carrier for the operational details. The issue was resolved today. His level of service significantly exceeded my expectations. My sincerest thanks to him once again.

I have spent 8 hours on the phone and driving to the Xfinity store and am still waiting for a refund for service they charged me after I disconnected my service. Now I am getting emails and texts saying I will be sent to collections for my 'unpaid bill' and my disconnect is still pending and there's nothing the store can do. The mental space this company has taken up for something as simple as a disconnection is criminal. AVOID XFINITY AT ALL COSTS
