I had to talk to nine people and then use an automated system three times to pay a bill. Comcast did not have my last name on the account properly so nobody was able to handle it. I had to go through two managers and seven regular employees.

Ryan provided truly exceptional assistance, and I am profoundly grateful for his help.
Yesterday, I sought to port four mobile lines over to Xfinity. Ryan was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to find a way to save me the cost of one line, and he proactively offered to waive the activation fees.
The port-in was not completed yesterday because I initially mistakenly believed that all lines under a family plan shared a single, universal port-out account number and PIN, when in fact, each line required its own specific information. It was already half an hour past closing time, yet Ryan showed no sign of impatience. Instead, he graciously guided me on the next steps, advising me to contact my previous carrier for the operational details.
The issue was resolved today. His level of service significantly exceeded my expectations. My sincerest thanks to him once again.

If I could review with zero star I will do that the big mistake you will do in your life to transfer to Xfinity mobile line they will make you saffer I had Xfinity line for 3 months I went to the store back and forth more than 10 times the pretending they fixed your problem but it's not they literally pretending they helping you but they are not send you home back with your problem the worst location specially the manger there just talk talk you have to do better ...

Xfinity is a criminal organization. I have spent 8 hours on the phone and driving to the Xfinity store and am still waiting for a refund for service they charged me after I disconnected my service. Now I am getting emails and texts saying I will be sent to collections for my 'unpaid bill' and my disconnect is still pending and there's nothing the store can do. The mental space this company has taken up for something as simple as a disconnection is criminal. AVOID XFINITY AT ALL COSTS
