I have nothing against this store in particular. Xfinity service is crap. Their website for bill pay is awful been trying 3 days in a row to pay my bill online and it keeps saying error sorry there is a problem. I guess they don't want their money. Switching services soon to quantum fiber or starlink as my neighbors and friends have had no issues with their service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I didn’t get the girl’s name that helped us, but she has orange hair, she may be new, but she should not be working with customers alone. First off, the amount of times she cussed while helping us was way more than unprofessional. We spent almost 2 hours in the store, tried switching carriers to xfinity and doing upgrades. We were told we couldn’t do both in the same day, which we have now learned is incorrect. Then Vinnie also told us the same thing, the next day. Come to find out we are no longer eligible for the promotion or upgrades because they didn’t switch our plan correctly. Then we get told to “come back when I’m working” so we can do the upgrades. We finally ended up going to the location off of Havana and Mississippi and it was wayyy better experience.
I now have to cancel my phone and internet, start a plan with another phone network, then open a new internet account and switch carriers in a week in order to upgrade my phone and get the promotion. INSANE.

Horrible customer service! I got referred to this store and angle didn’t know what he was doing! I don’t know why this store is even open! You guys never have the equipment people need system always down! This needs to improve tired of wasting my time with this horrible company

We fell for the "free promotion" that the in-store rep told us we could get. Initially we went in to switch out an old TV box with a new one. Then the rep asked if we wanted to sign up for a free promotion. We clarified 3x that it was free and he said yes. Shocker - it ended up NOT being free. We spent an hour on the phone with customer service (who told us in fact that they don't do free promotions!!). Our bill was nearly $200 more than usual!! The phone rep said they'll apply a credit to the next bill and cancel the service for us but we still had to pay $150 more than our usual bill. Just save yourself the time and headache and PLEASE do not believe the in-store reps here.
