Once they are tired with a call they will put you on hold and transfer the call to a totally different department then where you were at, the supervisors don’t care to be there either! Prefieren dejar ir un cliente y no hacer una venta o no permitirle al asesor hacer una venta, cuando el con anterioridad ya me había brindado un excelente servicio y por eso lo busco a él y no a otro cualquiera. Definitivamente no saben a quienes tienen contratados esta empresa perdiendo plata por culpa de asesores, y una manager inútil que fue la que dio la orden que no me atendiera la persona que yo decía. Una incoherencia total. De verdad que si.
