    received a rewards promotion for free Apple Watches and it turned into a nightmare that has lasted over a month and continues without resolution…. Purchased the watch at the store but they did not have the size I wanted in stock so I went to another store the next day to make the exchange in the process I was told I could keep the second watch and added it another line on the account however when the agent attempted to switch the bigger watch to my sons phone he encountered an issue making the change he encouraged me to return the watch and repurchase it So I did just that!! When attempting to to repurchase the watch he said the promo code could not be used because the system recognizes both of the previous purchases so he opened a ticket I waited 2 weeks for the ticket to be resolved but contacted customer service by phone to get an update the manager I spoke to stated that the return had not been processed at the warehouse and once that happened the promotion would be available however the promotion was going to expire the next day so she advised me to return to the store and purchase the watch and the promotion could be added later. This did not happen!! I contact customer service multiple times regarding this issue and spoke with managers that assured me me that a resolution would be reached through the escalation ticket opened on the account meanwhile I was still being charged for the returned watch and the the promotion had not been applied as promised. Now I have watches that are supposed to be free that I am being charged for because of the incompetence of the Xfinity representatives and their flawed system. This is ridiculous and I feel scammed!!

    I don't recommend them; you can look for other options. They have a policy that says you can cancel at any time, but I tried to cancel after 15 days, and I received a bill for $350, and they were calling me constantly. I canceled my internet service 5 days before my payment was due, and then I received a bill for a month I didn't even use, plus a surcharge. They're charging me a penalty! So much for their "cancel anytime" policy. It's a scam. If you cancel, they penalize you and charge you for two months in advance as a penalty. It's a huge fraud.

    Ms. Mathew’s would not allow my husband to purchase a phone, even though he is listed as a manager on our account. I reviewed Xfinity’s policy on your website, and it states that this information is not accurate. This was poor customer service. I have attached a screenshot from your website for reference. Please work on treating your customers better, Xfinity. He went to the Xfinity in Southlands and was able to purchase the phone. Thank you Southlands Xfinity. We appreciate you!
