My ID is expired, but even though I have the phone showing the number, I’m on the account, I showed my expired ID, and showed my real Colorado App ID, which is approved by the state, they wouldn’t help me. How do they think they would verify me if I call in?? Stay away from this location. Unhelpful and trying hard to push me to STARLINK. Thanks, Chi.
