I haven't had so many issues with transferring data from and older device to a new device as I have had this time around. Shyanna is top tier when it comes to customer service. Not ony is she very knowledgeable she is patient, friendly, and a breath of fresh air while you are waiting for your data transfer to prayerfully end on a positive note for the 4th time around. Even her coworkers have said that if Shyanna can't fix my issue no one can. She pulled out everything in her book of tricks and was able to get further along than anyone else was able to. So for that I am very thankful. Now I am going to have to contact Samsung support to see if they can resolve the issue with the new device once and for all. If not, I will choose a different phone all together and send back both of the new Galaxy Ultra 25 phones that aren't working at this point in time. Thanks again Shyanna for your perseverance. It was much appreciated. May God bless.

They make you go back and forth to the call center without solution, and don’t even bother to look up your account to help. Then they get defensive and offended when you come back a second time like the call center told you to do. These people at this location will not be helpful to you at all.
