    Great service from VLAD!!! I came to add a mobile phone to my existing internet/home phone line. Went with apprehension due to so many negative reviews of this facility...BUT, had a most pleasant experience. No pressure, understanding, kind and Vlad took his time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I think he went out of his way to make sure it was a good experience. We also did not have to wait to be taken care of. Vlad, has customer service down pat! Great company representative. Helps the image!! This man in my opinion deserves a raise for excellence in service. Thank you Vlad

    BEWARE OF STORE MANAGER. My Xfinity installation was a nightmare. Double charged, multiple 3-hour support calls, equipment that didn’t work, and a surprise $100 technician fee that was never mentioned. I stayed calm and treated every single support team with kindness even though I was frustrated. When I went to the store for help, Austin Dallas was fantastic. He was kind, helpful and provided me updated equipment and waived the $100 technician fee that was never mentioned. But the manager suddenly jumped in, raised his voice at me, argued about my technician refund, and ultimately kicked me out even though I was calm and just explaining the situation. Xfinity almost won me back because of Austin, but the manager completely ruined the experience and further justified that I will never work with Xfinity/ComCast again.

    Vald he provided excellent efficient, kind professional service. He answered all my questions. He help me understand keeping my phone versus buying a new phone and achieving my main goal to reduce monthly cost. He help me get a promotion for 1 Year at zero cost for my cell then $40 and my current $42 a month Wi-Fi. I decided to keep my 12 mini he understood as he has one. I left there knowing I cut my budget because AT&T was $77.54 a month. I highly recommend Vald and this store! 👍👍

    If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. I was literally just harassed by the store manager, William Eslinger. I came in to resolve a billing issue- I had an incorrect charge on my internet autopay account. My account is set up to autopay from my credit card, and a charge appeared to an account I don't have and I was charged a Echeck return fee, and late fee. The customer service rep. I talked to in the store kept telling me it's an issue with my bank, call my bank. They basically tried to pass the buck and not deal with it. As I insisted, emphatically but politely that they needed to help me and deal with it, Will immediately asked me to "leave the store right now!" Unbelievable. I was not yelling, but definitely agitated and frustrated, so instead of diffusing the situation and trying to help, he tells me to leave the store, twice?! I did leave, and will not be back, ever.
