- HBHargovind Brar6 days ago1.0I just want to let you all know that we are facing this huge problem in my Wi-Fi the speed is very low I just got the plan 1 GiG which has 1000 mbps but we only getting 34.6 or even lower than that. We changed our plan cause last year they told us to change the plan to increase the speed so we thought we should do it same but it’s working. We got 2 technician came to our house but they didn’t solve our problem. So, the one that came today his name was Brian he was basically wasting his time he had the new modem in his hand but he went to outside in his truck to get the modem and he came back after 15 minutes. I’m confused we’re the issue is they were saying to get the recent modem when we have the recent one the technician changed 2 modems. They were telling us to get the 3 mobile lines in 80 dollars they think we will get this when we are facing the huge problem “NETWORK “ but they are not solving the problem rather telling us to get the phone service. If my problem wouldn’t get solved I’ll talk to the manager James or I’ll go to the head office!!!! Brian the technician came to my house is service was way to bad I give 0/10 and Jay on the phone call was not understanding or listening to my problem rather than giving his own opinions which I tried many times!!!
