These guys are a total scam, they ripped me off my 600$ credit just because their staff member (Conner) made a mistake and realized it later and for the trade in they ripped me off for a total of 600$ while I should have got the credit of 1100$.
If you want to get scammed and get assisted by unprofessional, unethical staff then feel free to visit this store.

When I moved I had to pay $110 to drop off contract; huge waste of money. The download speed was good but upload mediocre. Finally the internet would be down randomly which can be frustrating. Additionally this ISP tries to enforce a data cap even though Net Neutrality exists in CA.

Extremely Frustrating Experience – Still Unresolved
I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences with Xfinity Mobile. In August, I went into the store to upgrade my phone and get an Ultra Watch. After waiting a week for the watch to arrive, they sent me the wrong color. I went back to exchange it, and the correct one was mailed to me.
Even though I returned the wrong watch, Xfinity still charged me $857 for it. I called customer service multiple times, and the reps I spoke with were unhelpful, kept me on hold, and didn’t seem to understand the issue. After two weeks, I finally got a refund — only to have my account later show a -$900 balance again.
When I went back to the store, the manager blamed me for the issue and said there was nothing he could do, suggesting I just return the other watch. I did — and now I have no watch, my account still shows a $900 charge, and I can’t upgrade or buy a new device because of Xfinity’s mistake.
The call center and store management just go in circles — no one takes ownership, and nothing ever gets resolved. This has been a complete mess from start to finish. I expected much better from a company like Xfinity.
