    Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! It was impressive how quickly he was able to assist me and walked me through everything. I hope Michael gets the recognition he deserves for his 5 Star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also there were many staff in store, based on previous reviews I was worried about long waits but Michael was at the front waiting to help.

    This store doesn’t even have a number to call to check on a product. What a hassle. So i called another store and they got my business. Do better!

    Way under staffed. Maybe Verizon is losing money and can't afford to hire. I'm sure Verizon has some attorney contrived excuse excuse. The majority of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful once you get their attention. That's where the problem is. When I was in there today with an appointment set in advance and the person that I was supposed to work with was busy with the person before me. I had to wait. Not a big deal except that the person who checked me in said he would get someone else if the person that I had the appointment with wasn't free soon. Shortly after that, I noticed one employee slowly strolling through the room as if the most important thing he could do was stroll. He would do that every 5 minutes for a few seconds or so and then disappear. This happened for about 25 minutes. I finally got fed up watching the official stroller do nothing but try and look important as he strolled. By that time, I re-approached mister checker in, and reminded him that it had been almost 30 minutes and I was about to leave. He seemed to wake up then and said he would check and see if my guy was almost done. Really??? The whole 25 minutes I had been waiting he checked in two or MAYBE three people. He wasn't worn out. At exactly 29 minutes of my wait time, my guy finally showed up. It took another 25 minutes to conclude my business. But being understaffed with people who really weren't concerned or even "conscious" was not what I would ever call customer service. I hope Verizon is proud.
