- DDdave demingMay 26, 20251.0I believe they are on sales commission, no sale not much info. Called help line,very wordy off-shore worker. Asked about secondary phone number of $10 charge she said "Oh thats for us to identify your account" so I said you're going to charge me $10 a month to know who I am that doesn't sound right, no answer to that I thanked and hung up. Called again got someone in Florida they said oh that's not supposed to be there and gave me a credit. And will be straightening out more problems with a call back today.

Iām just glad that i switched back to TMobile. Attention Management you need to change the Manager and other staff from this store.Especially that sales person Jassita and manager Jesse. They would let other customers wait for so long and bad customer service.ššš
