- DDdave demingMay 26, 20251.0I believe they are on sales commission, no sale not much info. Called help line,very wordy off-shore worker. Asked about secondary phone number of $10 charge she said "Oh thats for us to identify your account" so I said you're going to charge me $10 a month to know who I am that doesn't sound right, no answer to that I thanked and hung up. Called again got someone in Florida they said oh that's not supposed to be there and gave me a credit. And will be straightening out more problems with a call back today.
