I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this experience deserves one. Please don’t waste your time here. We went in to add a phone line to our existing Xfinity account and get the new iPhone and Apple Watch. They told us the phone was out of stock and that we’d receive a notification in a few days to order it. That notification never came, so we returned to the store only to be told they could no longer honor the promotion since there wasn't an order placed. Instead, we were advised to switch phone lines to Google and come back in a month and restart the whole process.
To make matters worse, they gave us an Apple Watch from 2018 instead of the newest model we asked for. When we pointed this out, the manager said she couldn’t refund the watch even though it was their mistake.
We ended up leaving and going to Verizon. I later called Xfinity customer service and, after spending two hours on the phone, was finally able to get the activation fees refunded and a return label for the watch for a full refund.
I understand that mistakes happen, but what was most frustrating is that we never received an apology, and the manager offered no real solution other than telling us to come back in a month and pay fees twice.

It has been three months and they have wrongfully charged me over 1300 dollars to cancel my service, not to mention what I have to pay the other company. I spend hours on the phone very week and cant get through, and when I do they don't speak english or the are to incompetent. This is not a company, it is an organized and professional scam. I am in tears on my day off trying to get through because they are still charging me for a phone line that does not exsist and is not used. I can not cancel it online( it says it should have been canceled when I switched service?). I have now filed several complaintes with government agencies and no reply. I am looking for a class action lawyer for the grave hard ship and discrimination for my disability they cause. I have told them I have a disability and been made fun of, and they refuse to help me cancel all of my services after three months of hell. Please contact me if you would like to join my lawsuit. Terrible experience by sales staff that does not seem knowledgeable or well-trained. We are long time customers seeking some relief from the high fees. They sold us a new account that was supposed to provide a significant savings, including switching over cell phone service. Instead I got hit w a $700 verizon cancellation fee, and the sales guy didn't open the new cheaper account. There is no recourse or offer to remedy any of the financial hit. The depth of my disappointment is exceeded only by their incompetence. I later found out this is an independent shop which operates independently from Comcast/Xfinity corporate network store. Steer clear of this outlet.

This is not a corporate store, this is a affiliate store. These are not Xfinity/Comcast employees. They added a home phone line to my order without my request and without telling me. Go to the store in Concord at The Veranda shopping center, they know what they are doing. Avoid this store.
