Worst service ever. Manager has no idea what he is doing. Came in first as they opened. Followed the xfinity procedure to check in first as everyone behind us just went to various service desks.
So now, we are stuck at the check in desk getting little help because the customer service guy is trying to help us as well as check people in.
Never got to trade in/ buy a new phone because the guy was so distracted.
Ask manager for help, he mumbled something and walked off. Wasted an hour and left without anything

Had a great experience over the weekend adjusting an Internet and phone bill to be just in my name and getting somebody else off my cell phone plan. Manager and staff members were very helpful to make this happen in a timely manner and very professional and caring. Highly recommend.

I came to the Xfinity Store to see if I can change my home Internet and TV plan because my current plan just keeps going up in price. I made an appointment same day on a Saturday for 4:45pm. I arrived at 4pm and was told that I can either check in and wait, but will be knocked off first in line on the list or stay on the list and come back at 4:45pm. I opted go run an errand and to come back at my appointment time as there were 2 family’s that just walked in ahead of me and it looked like they were short staffed. When I came back at 4:44pm, I was greeted and checked in right away and told that they will call me when they are ready for me. Unfortunately, I still had to wait over 30 minutes, maybe 40 minutes before someone was able to help me. The guy who helped me (I believe his name was Matthew) was very cool and did a very thorough job of reviewing my account and making suggestions. I had already researched what I wanted, so I just needed to know if that was the best options for me. He was very knowledgeable of all the products. In the end, I achieved my goal of shaving off a few bucks per month on Internet and TV service (saving $60/month and got a free modem/router and TV box), so I am happy. Only thing I was not happy about was waiting an extra 30-40 minutes after my appointment time. At least they had a comfortable waiting area and free WiFi.

The Vacaville Xinity branch is an absolute nightmare. The wait times are outrageous, the service is pathetic, and the staff clearly has zero interest in actually helping customers.
I was "helped" by a rep named Jessy (or Jessay), who had one of the worst attitudes l've ever experienced. She was passive aggressive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I came in for something simple which was just activating the cellular on my Apple Watch. Instead of resolving the issue, she disconnected my watch from my phone, removed the iWatch from the account and then told me I'd need to add it through the app or by calling the 1-800 number. If that's the case, then what is the point of even having a physical store? When I asked if she could at least provide instructions to guide my father (the primary account holder), she flat-out refused. Not only was it a total waste of time, but she actually made the problem worse.
When I asked to speak to a manager (Everto), she went to him first, most likely twisting the story, then came back smirking and told me I could talk to him. He was just as bad. He didn't listen, didn't care, and did nothing except defend his employee. His exact words to me were: "I trust my employee and I will not be able to help you." I explained that other Xfinity branches had no problem helping me with this exact issue, yet he flat-out told me he wouldn't help with anything. To make matters worse, he even refused to speak to my father, the primary holder on the account.
This location is a joke. It's clear the Vacaville Xinity branch has no standards, no accountability, and no clue what real management is supposed to look like.
If you value your time and sanity, do not go here. You'll walk out more frustrated and angrier than when you walked in.
