Update: I went in physically to the site as the call center said I needed to go in to a local site to fix it. Not surprisingly, they were not able to fix it! Everyone should cut the cord and go to a competitor.

Total runaround. No coordination, no ownership, and no resolution. Wasted my time for nothing.
