The staff was cool and answered all my questions, I'm not to tech savvy but they were able to explain everything clearly and simply to me ,even though I am Modern day Caveman. Go to this store!
- RRRMFJun 30, 20251.0OMG! It's no wonder their ratings are so low! They still use the worst phone communication system possible. Still talking to people in India that aren't able to get a hold of their own company in California, merely to confirm an appointment and now, on the day of the appointment, to see why they didn't show up! Time is money people!!!! After talking to several of my friends that used to have this horrible service, I've decided to do what they did, cancel and get Starlink. Even with their slower speeds you can still reliably stream. The cost is more, but now I no longer need Dish either, so it evens out in the end... Good luck to the rest of you if you got punked like I did.

Turned in our modem to the store, and still getting calls to turn it in. Any time I've ever been there, there is no one at the front desk. But hey, what can you do, only reliable internet in town.
